Platte Woods Justice Ministry Team (JMT) is working toward a world where inclusion, diversity and the well-being of all people are not just dreams, but realities!
We are motivated by the words of Micah 6:8, which call us “… to do justice and to love kindness and to walk humbly with your God,” and are further spurred to action by the words of John Wesley, “Do all the good you can, by all the means you can, in all the ways you can, in all the places you can, at all the times you can, to all the people you can, as long as ever you can.”
The Justice Ministry Team is currently exploring the topics of human sexuality, race relations and community organizing.
Please contact bmolina@plattewoodschurch.org if you are interested in learning more about the Justice Ministry Team or if you are planning to attend a meeting for the first time.
