Senior Adult Ministry (SAM) Study – Believing Jesus
Mondays starting September 18 at 10 a.m.
Please join us for “Believing Jesus,” an out-of-the-box Bible Study by Lisa Harper. She retraces the revolutionary steps of the early Christians in the book of Acts. Although His followers didn’t have much of a road map after Jesus ascended to heaven, the Holy Spirit catapulted them forward with so much power, grace, and authority that they dramatically impacted first century culture and ultimately changed the world as we know it today! Sharon Briner will teach this study. Please contact Anne Bartholow, SAM director, to reserve your book ($10).

Ladies’ Day of Renewal
Check in, muffins, fellowship and coffee at 8:30
9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

You are invited to a day of refreshing, delightful fellowship, worship and a lively message. Our theme, Reach, reflects our loving God reaching out to us and the privilege we have to reach the other hand inviting others to walk with us as we follow Jesus. Several women will share their experience of being on the receiving end of someone’s reach resulting in recognizing God’s love being poured out. A delicious luncheon will be catered by Shining Stars Catering. Childcare is provided with a reservation. Lunch will also be provided for children so you only have to get here to enjoy an uplifting special day designed especially for you. Friends are welcome!
