This Advent, may you remember that you belong—to a story etched into the wrinkles of time, to generations that have come before and will come after, to a love that won’t let you go. During this time of Celebration, we honor those who have had to let go in this past year. Letting go may be of a person, a place, a job, an identity, or something else. Even as we let go, we embrace God’s love. A love that will not let us go. We honor those who have difficulty with celebrations. We celebrate you, just as God does.
