You are invited to experience a taste of the Passover. Jesus’ final days to Jerusalem where he was crucified and buried began with this meal. We prepare ourselves for Good Friday and Easter by sharing in a simple meal of roast lamb, boiled eggs, haroseth (an apple and nut salad that is a reminder of when the Hebrews were slaves to the Egyptians and forced to make bricks), bread, grape juice and a seasonal Jewish dessert. We will hear the story as recorded in the Bible, eat together, and then conclude our time with Holy Communion. All are welcome!
Reserve your spot online by Sunday, April 14. Children (3 and up) are invited. Childcare is available for those 2 and under with advance registration.
If you are interested in helping prepare the meal, please contact Pastor Nancy.
