The Community Care Ministry encompasses care of the lives entrusted to us through connection to PWUMC and our local community. Our Community Care Team might:
- prepare a couple for marriage through our Marriage Mentor team
- visit seniors in assisted living and homebound congregants
- provide meals for those recuperating from surgery
- design and send cards for the card care ministry
- facilitate support groups
- offer prayer for those in hospitals and for those dealing with a cancer diagnosis
- deliver home communion
- provide programs for strengthening healthy relationships
