This detail-oriented and energetic person is engaged for specific periods of time to coordinate weddings at the church. On average, the wedding coordinator spends approximately 10-15 hours per wedding. Primary responsibilities include: consulting with the wedding couple, coordinating necessary clergy and support staff, and attending to all details at the rehearsal and wedding.
Welcome Desk Assistant
This person provides a warm welcome to everyone entering the church building during the week. This full-time, benefits-eligible position is responsible for unlocking the front doors Monday through Friday at 8 a.m. Responsibilities include: answering the main phone line, working with and continuing to build a team of office volunteers, overseeing recording of weekly worship attendance and use of church database, and providing administrative assistance to staff.
