We believe worship is at the heart and soul of the intimate love relationship between God our Creator and God's creation. Worship should be passionate and full of a holy desire. It is a passion that must be expressed with all our hearts, souls, and might. The Psalmist proclaims: I will praise the Lord with my whole heart, in the assembly of the upright and in the congregation (Psalm 111:1) Therefore, we celebrate our faith through a variety of worship experiences that are Biblically based and Christ-centered. These experiences include dynamic, praise-filled, traditional and contemporary services. Each service is planned to have a distinctive focus and style.
The services are:
Saturday 5 p.m., Casual Worship -- A come-as-you-are, casual atmosphere worship experience. Contemporary and gospel music are part of this informal service.
Sunday 8:15 a.m., Traditional Service -- A warm and meditative service of gospel and traditional mns and anthems. Worship is led by our Jubilante Singers and the service is accompanied by organ. Communion is observed monthly.
9:30 a.m., Contemporary Service -- An upbeat worship experience led by our Celebration Singers, praise team and our 9:30 Jazz Combo.
11 a.m., Blended Service -- A dynamic, energized service utilizing blended styles of hymns, praise choruses and anthems. Worship is led by the Wesleyan Choir. Additional instrumental music is provided regularly by our orchestra and handbell choirs.
