Prayer Shawl Ministry
Because there are so many people in need of prayer, and because we want to do more than just say we are praying for them, the PWUMC Prayer Shawl Ministry is a way to offer tangible evidence to those whom we are praying for. The common threads of fashioning a prayer shawl does more than giving to others, it brings a prayer to our hearts as we knit or crochet. If you do not knit or crochet and you want to learn, the joy of teaching is part of prayer. If you embroider there is a need for your skills as well.
