Justice, Peace and Environment Group
In keeping with the Methodist tradition of Christian engagement with society, JPEG focuses on contemporary issues related to God's call for justice by:
- Seeking to understand God's call for justice.
- Studying the root causes of hardship and disparity.
- Making information available to PWUMC congregation.
- Finding ways for PWUMC to respond to community needs.
- Advocating for constructive social change.
- Working in cooperation with other congregations.
